Twin Peaks Rides
I’ve ridded up twin peaks hundreds of times. Rain, clouds, cold, sun. Repeat. I never tire of this therapeutic road ride -the subtle daily differences of the rolling hills and epic skyline create an almost meditative cycling practice. Rides like this clear your mind for what’s to come next. Climb on my friends! Climb on. Twin Peaks / SF April 2019.
Much love and Many Cocktails
My tribe -lead by Mike D and Liz E- created two delicious cocktails for my “thank you, next” departure party from work. Shenanigans were had. April 27th, 2019.
Big Sur - PRI <3
The trip to Big Sur for Mother’s day with my mom was epic. Great time to chill out, relax, and just enjoy the environment and her company.
Chicken Stir-fry
I want to master stir frys. Here’s the first of my efforts.
For sauce & garnish
- 2 tablespoons of: soy sauce, rice wine vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- cilantro & green onion
For main
- 1lb chicken
- 2 red peppers, 2 florets broccoli, 1 large yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic & one large chunk of ginger
Cook heavily salted chicken and put aside, stir fry veg to barely tender, combine back sauce and chicken
Pour on sriracha & Enjoy! 🙏 nyt cooking for components of the recipe
